Hi, everyone. We're Max and Penny Rose, and we are tame budgies. We love to have our tummies kissed, and to sit on our foster mom's finger. I'm Max, that big, blue & beautiful, he-man of a budgie. The pretty yellow lady is Penny Rose. We were rescued from a pet store in Chico where we weren't doing so well. I don't remember how long we were there, but I guess it was long enough to know that no one wanted us. A local lady in the area rescued us from a fate which looked more like death everyday. She took us to her apartment which we shared with her two children and 10 other pets! So then a Mickaboo volunteer offered to find us a home with a litlte more room -- so here we are! We're in a very nice foster home, but we'd like to have a forever home of our own? Maybe yours?
