Ichiban was one of more than 20 king pigeons that were dumped by irresponsible people in the parking lot of the Our Lady of Peace Church in SJ. She and 15 others were rescued by compassionate bystanders who spent hours saving them hawks an cars. Ichiban is happy and healthy in her foster aviary with her butterscotch-colored racing pigeon mate Mackenzie. They are available for adoption as a couple.
