This was a Group of Ten Budgies and before that it was a Group of 13, but Kit, Cosmo and Pip were adopted, and poor Tina died. Now we are a group of 8.
We were living with a lady who really liked budgies, but she became ill and couldn't keep us with her any more. So here we are, living out a soap opera. Like all budgies, we love each other's company -- budgies are flock birds, you know. So we spend all day playing with our toys and with each other, gossiping and whistling and enjoying life. Mickaboo knows there aren't many people who can give a home to ten budgies, so we're prepared to go to nice homes in smaller groups. Pancho and Lucy are bonded, and Nick and Fluffy are pretty good friends, but the rest of us are just playmates. But remember, with budgies -- the bigger the crowd, the better. We're lots more fun to watch in bunches.
