Sad update 11/20/04: We won't know what happened until we get the necropsy results, but Caribe's foster Mom came home to find him dead. He had been receiving treatment, but was almost at the end of his medication and seemed to be doing fine. Tranquil as a Caribbean lagoon, bluer than the bluest eyes...It is I, Caribe! Don't you find me splendid and peaceful? Can't you imagine gazing upon my lovely color and wondering how you lived without me before? I don't know how I lived without you either!! So take me home and we'll make up for lost time, cuddling and sharing all the good things in life!
