I'm Katie, a 15-year old Sun conure with a bit of a past. I've lost count of how many homes I've been in, my foster mom says she knows of at least 4 before her, and I was abused in at least one of them. Still, my foster mom says I'm a darling girl. My last family had to give me up when they moved out of state, so Mickaboo has taken me in to find my what we all hope will be my final-and-forever home.
I'm not on a pelleted diet yet, but my foster mom is working on that already, and she's trying to convince me that veggies are not evil. I guess I'll believe her in time, but for now I'm eyeing anything green with suspicion!
