Hi, I'm Maggie May - a Patagonian Conure. I've had a rough start to life - first living in a very abusive home, which I was rescued from - but then ending up in a home that had some other really tough issues to deal with and my rescuer found she just can't keep me anymore. I have problems with one of my feet but that doesn't stop me from climbing all over my cage or from using them to eat yummy treats my foster parents give me. I'm a good eater and I really do love being social with humans. I can be cage aggressive but once I am coaxed out of my home, I really love to sit and be preened and cooed over. Since I have been in my foster home, I have really blossomed into an inquisitive bird who loves toys, especially bells of all sorts.
