Hello! My name is Sylvester the budgie! I am a very cute green and yellow budgie and I have another lil' budgie friend "Tweety Bird" with me as well. We are so excited because a wonderful Mickaboo volunteer picked us up from a shelter! We'd been at the shelter for quite some time, and were anxious to get back into a home type setting. The people at the shelter were very nice to us and treated us well, but it just isn't the same as being in a home environment with a special person to take care of you and spend time with you. Our previous owner was an older gentleman who recently passed away.. We miss him terribly and we are looking forward to finding a good new home, and a lifetime friend, that we can hang out with. We really don't need too much -- we even come with our own toys, and according to the shelter, we seem to be healthy and are eating well. We are young, probably a year or less, so we should easily be able to adapt to a new home. We're real "swingers" and each have our own swing! We've adjusted to eating a healthy mixed pellet diet, with cereal as an afternoon treat, and are on our way to a happy and healthy life for the new year. It would be just perfect though if you would offer to share your home to us. Won't you? Pretty please? With a little seed sprinkled on top? Print this page |
