I've been happily adopted, but check below for a list of other sweet birds who need a home!

Benji -- that's me! I'm a very sweet and cute male Cinnamon Cockatiel. Gosh, don'tcha just hate it when people call boys sweet and cute?!! Well, nevertheless, I'm a very friendly little guy and boy can I sing! In fact, I sing so well I caused a female 'tiel living in another room to start laying eggs! My goodness! Because of this, if you have a female 'tiel prone to egg-laying, your home may not be the right one for me. I can't help it -- chicks dig me. I'm just a happy little fellow and singing is a favorite pastime of mine. I was found as a stray and turned over to an avian vet's office here in town. My wings weren't clipped, you see, and us 'tiels are strong flyers! There's a very good reason behind wing-clipping -- safety and escape-prevention! It's rather scary out in the big wide world when you're a tame and domesticated bird, which is probably why I landed on the first nice-looking shoulder I saw. That's the human who, in my mind, is a hero! Fortunately, he took me straight to the vet who treated me for a mild infection and injured wing. Then they called Mickaboo to help find me a new home -- one that will love me, care for me, and appreciate my impressive singing talents. Are you the human who can make that happen? If so, let's get together to chirp about it and see what we can work out!

Notice: Cockatiels are flock animals, and most of them are much happier when they live with at least one other cockatiel! Because of this, unless a household currently includes another cockatiel, Mickaboo usually requires that a minimum of two cockatiels be adopted.
