Hello, my name is Violet because I am as lovely as a flower or that dusky sky just after sunset. I'm still single so no one is 100% sure of my gender but my foster mom is guessing male for now. I am said to be a "Tippler" but will never fly again. Something bad happened to me and I wound up in the SJ shelter. I was emaciated, sick and injured (both leg and wing). Also my wings were clipped. Why was I out in the world in such poor shape? I almost died! Anyways, now I am recovering though it is doubtful that I will fly again. I can run very fast now though! I'm not a fan of people and would prefer to live in a mellow aviary where I can just be a bird. Is that so much to ask?
