"Bellatrix" Bellatrix is not only the third brightest star in the constellation "Orion" used for celestial navigation, but it is also who I am. One look at me and you'll understand why my name boasts such remarkable origins. Hey, did you look at my picture? I'm not one to be modest so I'll just say it-- I am beautiful! Quite the looker - bright and colorful! I am a sweet, friendly girl and enjoy company. In fact, I love meeting new people and am curious about getting to know you. The center of attention is my favorite place to be! You say "hey" and I'll say "what"? I'll also tell you "hello," "step up," and "poop." If I'm standing over a diddy area I'll even poop when you tell me to! I love to spend time out of my cage and just hanging out with you. I love to be held and talked to and just loved. I enjoy talking like you, too?whisper to me and I'll whisper back. When I?m getting tired and ready for bed, I'll let you know. When you cover my cage for bedtime I start making kissing noises. See, told ya I am a sweet girl! I am on a pellet diet, but I love fruits! Veggies are pretty yucky and I stay away from them. As a special treat, a nut really hits the spot. Bring me a nut and I'll be yours forever! I was in a loving home, but they had a baby and guess what? Their little human-fledgling is allergic to me. ME. Can you believe it?! Allergic to ME?! That's ok though because I have now set out on a new exciting journey. I have met others just like me and have been so loved by my foster family. I am ready now to find a home all my own with someone who will love me for me (and who's not allergic to me). Print this page |
