"Love me tender Love me true Never let me go." Yippee! It worked. Priscilla and I were given to Mickaboo because our people were moving to a place where we couldn't live. We were taken in by a foster parent that thought she would benefit from budgies in her life. Well, Priscilla and I (she's the platinum blond playing hard-to-get in the picture) gave her something of a soap-opera, domestic abuse, sulking in the corner, welcome-to-budgie-life initiation, but she passed! And so did we! So now we have a new forever home, and our new person will never be bored! Notice: Due to the highly social nature of parakeets, unless a household currently includes a parakeet, Mickaboo generally requires that a minimum of two parakeets be adopted. Print this page |
