Hello, folks, Cecelia here--Ceci for short. I'm the beee-you-tiful blue budgie in the picture. My gal friend Gracie and I just blew into town from parts unknown. Rumor has it that we turned up in a shelter, but I ain?t talking?. Anyhow, we know where we came from, but we're not tellin'. I?m looking' for a place to crash, put down roots, kick back, and take it easy. I'm the outgoin' type myself -- bold, brassy, and outspoken. I?m a pretty chatty gal, so if you like that kind of waterfall/budgie noise in the background, I can help. Why, if you speak good budgie, I?d be happy to tell you the story of my wild and wayward life (why, I even still eat SEED!), but I?m lookin' to settle down now, and I?d sure like to get to know you better!
