Hello! My name is Tutti my mate is named Priscilla. I was found on 7/16 just standing on the sidewalk in Oakland, feeling very lost and forlorn and short- I was feeling VERY short- when thank goodness a very nice lady found me and helped me. She worked the phones and friend searched the internet and they tried really hard to find help for me. MickaCoo was full and Lindsay doesn't help domestic doves like me and then we went to WildCare but they don't either and that's where we met Priscilla (she had also been found stray and was pretty roughed up along the way, poor girl). Anyway- long story - we went to the Marin Humane Society and they made a deal with MickaCoo to foster us just as soon as they got room and we got lucky and now here we are very happily fostered with the nice lady who found me! Yay! I've gained weight and strength and am feeling good and Priscilla is getting better too. Domestic ringneck doves like us make great pets. We're sweet and mellow and we can't survive in the wild- we need a home! I'm pretty tame and a big coo'er and I've charmed my foster family already. Print this page |
