Hello, my name is Nino (formerly known as El Nueve), I am one of 10 Homing Pigeons rescued from the University of California East Bay Science Lab. I worked at the college in the science department for cognitive animal studies but I am now retired. I spent the past several years indoors, and now would really like to find an outdoor aviary life with other Homing Pigeons like me. I am mostly tame, and I have fallen in love with fellow rescued lab pigeon Binky. I was hatched on March 2, 2006. Before going to work at the University, I was part of a team of wedding release doves.
