Belle here. I'm a very sweet and very pretty cinnamon cockatiel hen with some mobility issues due to an old injury. I can't walk or move around very well but, given a safe and accessible environment I am a happy bird with a good quality of life. I love being around people and being handled. My foster mom is probably going to end up adopting me but if you are interested in a loving, special-needs bird and are willing to provide me with the right environment (Mickaboo can give you information to help you do this) please contact Mickaboo's cockatiel coordinator and ask for Belle. Notice: Cockatiels are flock animals, and most of them are much happier when they live with at least one other cockatiel! Because of this, unless a household currently includes another cockatiel, Mickaboo usually requires that a minimum of two cockatiels be adopted. Print this page |
