Hi! My name is Amhran, pronounced 'Our-On'. I have had the same owner since I was a hatchling but recently they went through some family changes and had to give me up. My new foster mom says I am an absolute joy to have. I am a DNA sexed female and I am a young 8 years old. I am pretty quiet for a macaw but I do like to chat a lot. I know how to say my name and quite a few other phrases but my foster mom has yet to transcribe them. I am learning how to eat pellets and I already love my fruits and veggies. I prefer to sit right next to you and watch you work or play. Did I mention that I know how to step up and I love to be pet. I know I am not your typical macaw so I will probably get adopted fast.
