Hi I'm Punkers, a sweet, friendly, and very smart cocktatiel. My coloration is cinnamon-pearl with a split-to-fallow, which means that I have yellow and light grey feathers with circular markings on some of them! I'm 8 1/2 years old as of when I came into Mickaboo. My previous human mom got me when I was very young and has taken good care of me since then, but she no longer has time to give me the companionship that I need. I am a one-person bird, as long as that person is a woman! I don't really need to be around other birds and, while I become tolerant of men that I know, I greatly prefer being with women. I don't need nonstop companionship, as I also enjoy climbing around and playing with toys on my own, but I do like to spend quality time with my human friend as much as I can. I'm already on a great diet, well socialized and I enjoy being handled, so I am all ready to go to the right home. I'm fairly quiet but I will "remind" you gently if you don't spend enough time with me or if you don't cover me at night. Overall I'm pretty easy going and I am open to making new friends.
