Hello, I'm Seline. I came to Mickaboo from a shelter in the East Bay after I was found alone outdoors and nobody came for me. People think that it's glamorous to be a young, beautiful woman like me, but it's not so easy when you're all alone in the world. I've had a few kind souls who've offered me help so far, and I am hoping for a few more. At the shelter, they knew it was too cold for a little Australian bird like me back with the dogs and cats, so they kept me safe and warm in the manager's office until Mickaboo came for me. I am just settling into foster care and my foster dad will need to watch me for a few days to see what kind of forever home will be best for me. I appreciate the help I am getting here and at the shelter, but I want to go somewhere with people who will love and care for me forever. Check back soon to see how I am doing. Notice: Cockatiels are flock animals, and most of them are much happier when they live with at least one other cockatiel! Because of this, unless a household currently includes another cockatiel, Mickaboo usually requires that a minimum of two cockatiels be adopted. Print this page |
