Hi, I'm Sapphire, a beautiful blue standard budgie, and this is my best friend, Peridot. He's a gorgeous green English budgie. We were brought to an animal shelter after somebody found us in our cage sitting on the sidewalk next to a big bag of food. Imagine that - someone just left us on the sidewalk! Fortunately, the good people at the shelter knew to call Mickaboo and now, here we are in our nice, warm foster home with a wonderful foster mom who recognized what true gems we are. That's how we got our names. We can't bear to be separated so we should be adopted together. Wouldn't you love to have a couple of gems to add some sparkle to your home?
