Sage here. I was rescued in August 2009 with Spottie who has since been adopted. My foster mom says that I have a great whistle and that I love classical music. Most of the songs that I whistle are my own -- stuff that I just make up as I go along, you know? But listening to human music serves as kind of an inspiration and brings out the music in me. I like watching my foster mom do her daily activities and I like being around her although I am a bit shy by nature. I also have a great appetite and love to share food, so that might be a good way to help me overcome my shyness. I would like to go to a home with other cockatiels and humans to keep me company. So far in foster care I seem to prefer women but you never know until you meet me how we might hit it off. Would you like to make friends with a shy but handsome musician like me? Call Mickaboo and ask for Sage! Notice: Cockatiels are flock animals, and most of them are much happier when they live with at least one other cockatiel! Because of this, unless a household currently includes another cockatiel, Mickaboo usually requires that a minimum of two cockatiels be adopted. Print this page |
