Bouncy, bouncy, bouncy bouncy , fun, fun ,fun ,fun ,fun! My name should really be Tigger- you know that bouncy tiger on Winnie the Pooh? I'm a high energy yet very loveable umbrella cockatoo named Keto. I was turned into a shelter not long ago- who knows how I got there as I was turned in as a stray- probably flew out someone's window because my wings weren't clipped. That's an important safety feature for pet birds in case you didn't know. It's such a shame because my owner must really be missing me. I'm young bird, in beautiful feather, and in great health. Affectionate, healthy and tame- what more could you want in a feathered companion? I'm no perch potato- so if you just want somebody that's gonna sit there and just look pretty- well then I'm certainly not the bird for you! I am an "on the go" kind of bird literally. I will get off my cage and "lickety-split" run down the hall looking for you! You need to keep a close eye on me. Also, I am a big time chewer. No dainty toys for me please. Give me a bug hunk of wood and I'll make splinters of it in no time. If you think we might hit it off- get ahold of my coordinator. My foster mom is harness training me- that way when I get adopted we can go for long walks together- sound like fun? Hope to be matched up with a human pal soon- see ya! Notice: Due to the notoriously difficult nature of cockatoos, Mickaboo prefers that cockatoos not be a households' first parrot.
