Hello- I was at the San Jose Animal Care & Services shelter and I was sick and my time was running out and I was going to be euthanized- and I'm just a baby! I just hatched in June! Thank goodness for MickaCoo because they sent an emergency chaffeur to pick me up and rush me to the vet and they're paying my bills (donations are encouraged!) and they provided me with a really nice foster home where I have a nice warm home, an indoor bathtub, lots of good food, help with my medicine, excellent housekeeping service and lots of snuggles and great cable TV! I'm SO lucky. As you can see, who ever had me before wasn't very nice. They scribbled on my snowy white feathers with a magic marker and they didn't take good care of me and my knees are really hurt! But I'm young and I'm a king pigeon and we're hardy and I'm getting better every day. I'm getting lots of personal attention so I'll be a great house pet, very comfortable with people and dogs.
