Hi there! We are Cyrus and Pia. A very cute pair of budgies waiting for a new home. We were surrendered to Mickaboo because unfortunately our owner passed away. We are very sad about that but we've got each other to lean on. We are your typical budgies; love to speak in budgie and have tons of energy! We have been to the vet and were given a clean bill of health. In fact, based on our leg bands, our avian vet believes that we just may be brother and sister! We do argue and bicker sometimes but deep down we adore one another's company. We eat Nutrian Cakes and are curious about veggies. Don't tell our foster mom but we don't really eat them...but boy is she persistent! Maybe someday we will give in. We noticed that the resident budgies love their veggies so maybe they are not so bad after all. Although we are happy in our foster home, we'd really like a permanent place to call our own. Please contact our adoption coordinator if you think you might be that special person or family that can give us a new beginning! Notice: Due to the highly social nature of parakeets, unless a household currently includes a parakeet, Mickaboo generally requires that a minimum of two parakeets be adopted. Print this page |
