Our picture shows that we are two handsome male cockatiels, and we are tightly bonded. We can be handled but prefer to be left alone to enjoy each other's company. If you disturb us, we will hiss and threaten but we are all bluff. We have already had two homes, so we would like this next one to last. Our previous owner loved us and gave us good care, but she is moving into an apartment that doesn't allow pets. Would you like some fun companion birds who aren't completely dependent on you for entertainment? Maybe we are the two for you. Story posted on: December 9, 2005 Notice: Cockatiels are flock animals, and most of them are much happier when they live with at least one other cockatiel! Because of this, unless a household currently includes another cockatiel, Mickaboo usually requires that a minimum of two cockatiels be adopted. Print this page |
