Hi everyone, I'm Drake. My foster mom calls me, ""Drake the Rake" because I am absolutely gorgeous and I know it! I'm a very confident 5 year old male (we think) umbrella cockatoo who loves to play, eat, flirt & destroy toys. Me and my pal Dante (and also Peaches) came to Mickaboo after our much beloved owner passed away and his family didn't think they could give us a proper home. I have discovered how tasty pellets are, but I really love all the fruit and veggies my foster parents are giving me. Apples and bananas are my favorite right now. You could say I have a very healthy appetite, but that is what got me in trouble with my pal Dante. I am pretty easy going until it comes to my food dish, and then I get aggressive. During our transition we were expected to share a single food bowl and I got angry and took it out on Dante's beak and sent him to the birdie ER. I really feel bad about it, but we are sort of buddies again. I don't talk yet, but I make a bunch of other cute little noises. I also have a big jungle call that rivals any umbrella cockatoo, but I only use it when I am very happy or really need to express myself to the neighborhood. So, if you're looking for a big handsome hunk of cockatoo, with lots of personality, and love of life, I'm your guy!

Notice: Due to the notoriously difficult nature of cockatoos, Mickaboo prefers that cockatoos not be a households' first parrot. If you intend to house a cockatoo, please research the following websites:
