Hi, I'm Allison and my aim is . . . wait, that's an Elvis Costello song. I'm a normal grey cockatiel and, as you can see, I'm very pretty. I was a roommate with Stephen and Vanessa but our human companion had to move to a home that didn't allow pet birds. Times are tough for many people and this is affecting us pets as well, alas. So, about me: I'm svelte, playful, and colorful in a demure sort of way. I love to be with people, whether they're cuddling me or just letting me do my own thing. I'm good with other cockatiels too -- not too bossy, not too clingy, and I love joining in with the flock in a chirping session. Even though cockatiel hens don't generally sing, I do have a pretty chirp. My diet is good and getting better, and by all indications I am healthy and happy. I would love to go to a home with at least one person who can be home with me most of the time, or with other cockatiels for me to be with. I do get lonely when left all alone, but as long as people or other cockatiels are nearby I am fine! Are you interested in a sweet little lady in waiting like me? Call Mickaboo! Notice: Cockatiels are flock animals, and most of them are much happier when they live with at least one other cockatiel! Because of this, unless a household currently includes another cockatiel, Mickaboo usually requires that a minimum of two cockatiels be adopted. Print this page |
