Update 9/9/08: This is an updated picture of Agni; no doubt this bird loves his showers! From his foster mom: " He is a very sweet boy. He steps-up well on to my finger when he is out of his cage. He is a little afraid when I put my hands inside his cage for step-up. But, he does not bite (I do not think he even knows how to bite). However, he gently takes peanuts from hand when he is inside or out. He knocks on his cage door/bars when he wants to come out of his cage. It is very cute when he does that. He is a quiet bird, especially for a ringneck". Hello! My name is Agni and I am a beautiful Ringneck Parakeet. I am very young boy at only 2 years old. I was surrendered to Mickaboo for being unfriendly (Well, at least that is what my previous owner thought?!). However, within a day at my foster home, I stepped-up for my foster Mom and got head scritches (I have to admit that I loved it very much!). I am a little nervous about hands, but I do not bite. I am still on a seed diet, but I promise that I will try those pellets soon. I love fruits and veggies. While I am happy at my current foster home, I would really like to have a forever home to call my very own. Might that be with you? Print this page |
