My name is Bogie and I am quite the traveler. One nice summer day, I decided to take a flying tour of the foothills near Placerville. While I was sitting by the roadside for a much needed rest, a nice couple saw how tired I was and stopped to see if I'd like a ride. Well, they took me right to some great people at Mickaboo who wanted to see if they couldn't help me find my way home again. Since we haven't had any luck, it seems I'm looking to find a new home. I'm a great talker -- I even taught the people at Mickaboo how to say my name! -- and I like to bark and meow. My foster mom says I have a very cute personality, but I do bite if someone tries to get me to step up. We're all working on that, but nobody here knows what bad things might have happened to me to make me scared of hands, and I prefer not to discuss the matter. For now, I much prefer to sit on my cage and entertain everyone with my vocalizings and general silliness. I do like being around people and I am getting a lot of love and understanding here to help me build my trust.
