Hello! If you have read about Ed, the Greenwing macaw, you know my story. I'm Ed's sister, Frieda. For years we thought we were brothers - Ed and Fred, but then one day I laid some eggs. The next thing I know I have a new name. I am also 14 years old and show a lot of skin from plucking my feathers. Ed and I have both been to a vet thanks to Mickaboo and some old health problems will soon be a thing of the past. I'm hoping by the time someone decides to visit us that we are looking pretty good because Greenwing macaws are awesomely beautiful. Please come back for updates and get to know us. Update:7/8/08 I have started to come out of my shell, move around in my cage and even say a few words. No one even knew I could talk. Progress is happening on a good diet, a really clean home, my own cage and toys, and love, love, love from my foster parents. Am I waiting for you? Print this page |
