Phew, that was close! I was flying out in the wild, dodging all the dangers a little Australian finch like me could get into here in America. Something almost got me (and I have the recovering wounds on my head to prove it). But then I spotted a Mickaboo person, and when she opened the door to the house, I flew right in... help! So she did... she took me to the vet, they got me fixed up, and now I'm sitting in comfort and am ready to fly off to my new home. If you want me, please let Mickaboo know. Thank you! Update: Merced is now sharing foster living quarters with the female zebra finch Bee. Both Merced and Bee get along very well, and would like to be adopted together. Print this page |
