I'm a little Citron "Buttercup" and I've blossomed for Spring. I may look a little rough and ragged around the edges, because I have picked my feathers, but my personality more than makes up for it. I'm a real sweetheart says my foster mom. I like everyone! I came from the same home as Gizmo the citron, but we're very different. I'm a sweetie pie, and well, he's kind of a grump! We're not bonded, nor do we share the same cage, so we can be adopted separately. I am scheduled for a vet visit to see why I pluck my feathers. One of the Mickaboo cockatoo coordinators feels perhaps it's due to lack of socialization - since I'm a people friendly bird. I am five years old and spent my early years interacting with folks - but not so much lately. I kind of miss that interaction. Just to be sure that it's not just an emotional thing though I will see an avian vet for a check up. Better safe than sorry right? I'll be available to be adopted in just a short time. Won't you consider a friendly little girl to call your own? I'd love a new friend. Notice: Due to the notoriously difficult nature of cockatoos, Mickaboo prefers that cockatoos not be a households' first parrot.
