I'm Gibson, a handsome male normal grey. I was named after a desert in Australia, but guitar lovers will be convinced that I am named after a renowned musical instrument. I do know a lot of pretty songs! We'll never know my original name or history since my papers were lost at the shelter where Mickaboo rescued me. I must have been well cared for previously because I had no problems recognizing healthy pellets and veggies as food. I certainly won't turn down an occasional treat, though! I also like a warm spritz bath and will step up and hang out with you. The one thing I don't like about humans is that their hands are too clumsy for head scritches! I'd prefer that another cockatiel do that. Maybe you have the special touch, or maybe you have another cockatiel who could be my friend? I have a feeling we could make beautiful music together! Notice: Cockatiels are flock animals, and most of them are much happier when they live with at least one other cockatiel! Because of this, unless a household currently includes another cockatiel, Mickaboo usually requires that a minimum of two cockatiels be adopted. Print this page |
