Hola amigos! I am pretty Miss Cloudy - a Meyers parrot. I came from a bilingual home so I respond to both English and Spanish. What do you think about that? Pretty smart huh? My foster mom says I am a very sweet and affectionate little bird. I love to be near people and to be held and nuzzle in next to your face and neck. I don't play favorites either- I will go to men, women and children alike! I just plain like people, period. I make lots of funny little chirps and squeaks and a "beep" when I want attention - it is the sound of a fire alarm that needs a new battery. I must admit that is my very favorite sound to make. I also do "kissy" noises. Head scratches are simply the best, and I will ask for them by saying, "scratch, scratch, scratch". Currently I am on a mostly seed diet, but my foster moms working on getting me to eat pellets and other healthy stuff. I have discovered that oranges, eggs and apples are pretty good so far. I love my toys and new rope perch too - I've been "caught" hanging upside down more that once by my family. I will make someone a wonderful friend. Are you looking for a friend? Maybe I'm the one!
