My name is Pepe, a male Blue & Gold macaw. I'm a large and extremely handsome bird just waiting to schmooze my way into your heart. I came to Mickaboo with a beak injury and a couple of fractures in my wing and tail all of which I've managed to conquer and put behind me. I've been working out (with my toys) and eating healthy. I enjoy all the activity around me including other birds, dogs, cats, kids, vacuums - you name it, I say bring it on! I also say "hey baby . . .how ya' doin? hello. . . how are ya? hi. . ." I am not afraid of kids but don't seem to like to interact with them. I start off reserved but warm up to loving ways with my foster moms. Are you ready to welcome this cool dude into your home?
