We may not be the oddest couple ever to pass through Mickaboo's doors, but we could be the cutest. I'm Monet, the lovely pastel budgie. My pal is DaVinci, the handsome cockatiel. We were both found flying in the wild blue yonder. We aren't divulging the full story of how we came to be together in an animal shelter, but we want to stay together. Cockatiels and budgies often don't mix well--like oil paint and water color--but we are the exception. When I come out of our cage, DaVinci always calls for me. We even preen each other. Our mutual love affair doesn't mean we are hard to handle, though. We both will step up. DaVinci is a talented musician who can do the wolf whistle and some little tunes. You could say we are two little living masterpieces ready to show you something about the art of love, Australian style!
